Shipping policy

Our Shipping promise is to not pass along the costs to our wonderful customers and to absorb shipping on our end, leading to FREE shipping on all domestic/US orders and we work to keep our shipping costs low for our international friends too!

Additionally, we know how important it is to be up-to-date with certain packages and delivery expectations and for this reason, every single one of our orders are shipped out with a tracking number to help ensure delivery.

A note to our UK friends:

Due to changes with Brexit and the impacts of VAT to US sellers exporting to the UK we are no longer able to ship out orders under $185 USD (135 GDP). We do apologize for this inconvenience. For all orders under this threshold we are adding that cost to the shipping price and will be refunding any overages, and for all orders meeting the requirement, we offer free shipping. 

A note to all of our other international friends:

For all international orders outside of the United States, orders are subject to each individual's country customs laws. In certain cases, products may be held for customs office package content analysis and could incur customs fees. Customs fees are to be paid by the customer based upon their countries import laws. Typical customs fees could be around 15% of product value, but this usually only occurs if the product cost exceeds country thresholds. Each and every country is unique.
